Partnered closely with a creative agency to develop a distinctive packaging design that addressed three core design objectives aligned to overall business goals. Led multiple rounds of creative refinement, executive alignment (including CEO review), and cross-functional stakeholder buy-in, supported by product concept testing. Enabled an accelerated go-to-market timeline, successfully launching the new packaging in under one year.
